Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

Your subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account (Subscription → Cancel) or the billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges and shipments — there is no cancellation fee and no obligation to continue.

Refunds

Because each order is a personalized supplement pack made specifically for you, an order becomes non-refundable once we have begun preparing it for fulfillment. If you cancel before that point in a billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming box. Once a box has entered fulfillment or shipped, that cycle's charge is final.

Cancelling always prevents the next box — you are never locked into future cycles.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't match your protocol, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund for the affected items. Reach us by replying to any Vifexa email or at the address below.

Shipping

Orders ship after payment for each cycle. Monthly plans ship every 30 days. Shipping is included in your plan price. We currently ship within the United States only.
