Vifexa LLC ("Vifexa," "we," "us," or "our") provides a personalized nutritional optimization platform that analyzes your bloodwork and health data to suggest supplement protocols. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. About Our Service

Vifexa is a wellness and nutritional optimization platform — not a medical provider. Our AI-generated supplement recommendations are based on functional wellness principles and your uploaded lab data. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not constitute medical advice.

You must consult your physician or pharmacist before starting any supplement protocol, especially if you take prescription medications, have a chronic medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

2. Eligibility & Availability (United States Only)

The Service is offered solely to individuals located in the United States. We ship only to U.S. addresses. The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone located outside the United States.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a primary account. Family member profiles added to your account must be at least 13 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vifexa.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion starts a 90-day restore window during which you can undo it; after that window your personal data is permanently erased, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Health Data & AI Analysis

You own your data. We process your bloodwork and health profile only to generate personalized wellness suggestions.
We remove personal identifiers before AI analysis. When you upload a lab report, our servers automatically redact identifying details printed on it — such as your name, date of birth, contact details, medical record numbers, photos, and barcodes — and verify the redaction before sending only the redacted version to our AI service provider to extract lab markers and reference ranges. If verification finds a residual identifier, the file is not analyzed. Redaction is automated and verified, but no automated process is perfect; in rare cases an identifier in an unusual format may not be caught.
What we store. We keep your extracted lab markers, reference ranges, lab date, and the lab company name, along with your original uploaded file, which remains in your account until you delete it. You can delete any upload at any time.
AI outputs are for wellness purposes only. The AI model may produce imprecise results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any recommendation. Our AI service provider is contractually prohibited from using your data to train its AI models.
You grant Vifexa a limited license to process your health data solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Supplement Orders

Supplement products are fulfilled by our cGMP-certified manufacturing partners. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All sales are final once fulfillment begins. Subscription management, pausing, and cancellation are available via your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence you select (monthly or quarterly). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you expressly opt in, we send recurring automated marketing and account text messages to the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help (or contact support@vifexa.com). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our collection and use of your phone number is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to obtain medical diagnoses or replace professional medical care
Upload bloodwork belonging to another person without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse our AI systems
Violate any applicable law or regulation

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. VIFEXA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIFEXA LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version at vifexa.com/terms with an updated effective date, and we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will ask you to re-accept at next login.
